Hey 212SPARKY, you dont have to guess about your batteries. You can bring them in for a test at the local repair station and know for sure how much life they have.

DIPSTICK, I read further in the article you gave me about engine logging, and the mis use of overdrive. I do run my engine at 1200 to 1500 rpms with regularity. Now I will drive at around 2200 RPMS and see if the oil consumption decreases
Thank You dipstick for that article, and I see blowby sludge evident from a pipe leaving the top of my engine and going nowhere. I will check the TM'S to see if i am missing a part.

:cry: WEll today I inspected the my M35A2 engine for evidence of oil leaks, as I had to add 4 quarts only after running for about 250 miles. No leaks George from WHITE OWL said while in nuetral to rev the engine to 2000 PRM and look for smoke, didnt see any. Where is the oil going?
Hello DUG, And in your post you mention with the spin on oil filters the oil pressure came up immediately. Is that because theres no internal filling of the oil system but with the spinons, whereas with the original cannister oil filter bodies, the canniters have to fill before there is a "head"...
Initially it would be good just to meet and jntroduce ourselves. Upon meeting we could think of possible activities, and take it from there. Do you have a particular place to meet in mind?
