I went out and got a new ether bottle yesterday. It starts right up using it. Kind of bugs me the way it sounds on it. I may just be a little jittery about damaging my deuce, but the ether injection sounds a bit too combustible when first starting.

Reason I was looking into one of these is that I live pretty far away from everything and driving the deuce involves highways wherever I go. I wasn't looking for more speed exactly, but less RPM for extended times.

Has anyone played with a Mitchell 3000-A gear splitter. I have heard some great things about them and was looking into it. Does anyone know how much they cost? I have been looking around and haven't found anything.

I put a little bolt on each of the air tank valves so it is easier to reach and drain. Saves a couple min when you are putting it away.

Anyone have the bars that run from window frame to window frame under the soft top to hold it down? I am missing mine and the top inflates like a female college student.

I was wondering if anyone had a fabric pattern for the canvas in the cab. I want to redo my drivers seat and the bench on my deuce, but with a little more padding. I have a spring seat for the driver and a standard bench for the rest.
