anything other than the Humvee wheels will stick out too far, and even farther with adapters.
Get the spacer/adapters for the truck instead and run the Humvee wheels & tires on the truck.
You could pull a hub, check for some ID and contact a trailer manufacturer to see if they could get a...

If it was it would have a data plate that would also say Property of US Government or something like that
