    Georgia MV Title Problems

It said IF you meet the requirements, do you? I've never had a problem selling one later with just a bill of sale. Wayne

    2.5-ton vs. 5-ton

It's like comparing a VW to a El Dorado Cadillac. Drive a 5t and you won't go back to a pup. Wayne

    Pioneer Trailers Recovery

There is a list of tools for it in the "Resources" section and the generator should be the gas model 3kw and it should also be in "Resources". Wayne

Air vents suck brake powder on my m1009.

How did you confirm "brake pad material"? On normal wear you may get some dust on the wheels or if you blew the brakes off with a air gun you could see the powder but I find it hard to believe your brake pads are wearing out that fast in two days. The vent should get the air from the cowl panel...

9-2320-386-24 is for the A3. If you need more confusing information there is a new set of manuals out and the LO is now in TM 9-2320-361-24-1 and not a separate item. To get the latest set you can download from...

    GL's Surplus on Demand

The old contract I looked at said, they was to sell everything the best way they could (legally) to maximize the profit. I guess the new one said about the same thing. What don't you like about the "Surplus on Demand"? I looked at it once but didn't see anything I could use. Wayne

    Deuce Seating Capacity

The TM should be in the Resource section and if the TB isn't there I can post it. But I don't know if this would very well for parades, seem if you left the side troops seats down you would have a problem with leg room between the seats and the two top boards would block vision and if you left...

There are usually at least three different types of cross-reference in the parts manuals. 1. National Stock Number Index 2. Part Number Index 3. Figure and...

    Waterproofing Beachwood Canvas?

Waterproofing the canvas won't help much, the UV from the sunlight will still kill the canvas in short order. Best thing would be to build a taller shed or maybe a portable RV storage shelter. Here is one company but there are many on google. RV & Campers- RV Garages, Camper Covers, Portable...

    confused about part numbers

If you check TM 9-2320-260-34P-1 Section I Introduction you will see the info on "SMR code" and "CAGEC". You'll need to see TM 9-2320-260-34P-2 Section IV for the start of the Cross-Reference Indexes. Wayne

TM surfing: Is there a part number system other than NSN's?

Probably that was just the number that was in use when the manual was written. Everything I use to find information is on google. There is a subscription service for a fee but I don't know the name of it. Wayne

TM surfing: Is there a part number system other than NSN's?

Why there are part numbers in addition to NSN numbers? Which is better or do I need both for ordering parts? Part number are from the Manufacturer, NSN (National Stock Number) are assigned from the government. Both numbers couldn't hurt. "conflicting part numbers," Government buys the same...
