For the first set:

For the second set: 302430 is a common number and comes back as being for a lot of items.
I need more information for this number "W4419 Y WC4419 , is that one complete number, two...
The keys are usually kept with the logbook and the logbook are turned over to the DRMO. I personally think there is a huge room at each DRMO filled with old logbooks that have been turned in. :-D Wayne
If it came to a lawsuit how would you prove your self installed seatbelts was adequate? Car manufacturers spent a lot of time testing and have proof that things are installed the best they could be and have a room full of lawyers and they still lose court cases. You may end up having doing what...
I think you will find another law that says all children under a certain age HAS to be buckle up. If there was three grownups in a seat with two seatbelts AND NO other seat with seatbelts then you would be within the rules.

There would be no way a private seller could give you one, G/L if they are a car dealer should give you one, but I've bought in GA and FL from them and never got one. Wayne
It's always been my understanding (I read it somewhere) that as long as you had a valid registration in a no title state like Ga and moved or sold it to someone in another state, the other state had to accept that and then they would issue you a title if needed. Wayne
Welcome Ga is one of the easy states. No need for temporary tags (most of the time) just insurance and bill of sale. Tell your local tag office that is a 1985 or earlier, GA doesn't require a title for anything that old. If you want to wait for a SF97 they may charge you extra but I've have...
Air Force, Good luck on finding manuals. You might try here History
1988 U.S. Air Force approval was given to produce the MC-2A (15 cfm/200 psi) compressor for flightline use. With exercise of option, contract was for 2260 units. Wayne
