Heres my rule of thumb: I may ask, mostly in chat, about my 85 Chevy C20 and mostly thats for anything but the engine and tranny, but not my car or burban. What it sounds like you might ask is ok.
Welcome to the addiction of SS.
Granted I have a Gas engine, but stright pipe is realy loud and can be illigale. The Cherry Bomb Glass Pack from Auto Zone works great and is only about $20. They sound great and are a stright through desing for least resistance. I like stright pipe but Highway driving would be killer.
I can tell you that one goes on the right and one on the left.;-) It looks to me like a shakle of some sort for mounting something on the frame.
I bet that you will find that these things dont even go on your truck, they were just thrown in there as a temp storage place and forgoten about.
Aww Come on guys how didn't you see the truck first. I had know problem finding the gauges. Well ok the "helping hands" was the first thing I saw but the gauges did catch my eye. I have never noticed the different gauges in all my looking for one.
