I though you ment converting form a cable clutch. For that you would have to run the lines and plumb everything. Why is it harder to maintain vs a cable. There is a potential for leaks. You have to check clutch fluid. And it became the norm because it is better on the driver. Though it...
Sounds cool. Stay with the mil spec enging. Most of the parts should be the same except for some comsetic changes. The hydraulic would be great but harder to put in and mantain.
It seems to look ok to me. It would help if you could point out which one it is. The Black one?
If it is all working I would not worry about it.
