There's quite a few broke dick 1008s coming up on GL right now. Surf around a little and you might be able to find one and have a local SS member pick it up and send your parts and keep the rest for themselves.

I think many would consider taking the axles and engine out of it would be "chopping it up". Not much you can do with an engineless, axleless body at that point. But as has been said, it's your's to do with as you will.

With 5.83 (sorry for being off 5/100ths) gears your top speed is going to run about 45mph so if you want hiway speeds you're going to need to change those out. Depending on the year it may come with turn signals then again it may not. The wiring is fairly easy to work on so if you're...
