    Tank ID

Confirmed. It's a Palmaria Self-Propelled Howitzer, 155mm. It is Italian in construction, except for the chassis which is based on the French LeClerc main battle tank. According to Wikipedia, 210 were ordered by Libya in 1982, and prior to the recent military action, 160 were still in Libyan...

    Tank ID

If it's Soviet, the lines aren't matching up with any of the T-55 to T-90 series tanks. However, the back end of it resembles the new T-95 series tanks. Not sure if the Russkies are selling those to countries yet. Perhaps it is a Com-Bloc self-propelled arty piece?

1953? PowerWagon: MV or Civvy?? w/pics

If it is a 1961 truck or after, it is probably a WM300 model. That was the last flat-fender Power Wagon made by Dodge.

    every HEMTT needs a boat

Pretty cool! Now all we need is a picture of a HEMTT carrying a helicopter and we got the Air Force aspect of HEMTT use down as well....

    M332 rehab

Also, another fact about the ammo trailers in general, is that they were made with thicker steel bodies than the cargo trailers. This is to armor the trailer a little bit more than the standard trailers, since these would be hauling ammunition, mainly artillery ammunition, and you wouldn't want...

    M332 rehab

The hole in the rear tailgate is for that, yes. I thought the question was about the whole rear loading gate.

1953? PowerWagon: MV or Civvy?? w/pics

That is a civilian Power Wagon. They have been used the world over for industrial, logging, drilling, and other work-related applications. Very cool find. It may not look like much, but restored those bring GOOD money. I'd definitely try and save it by swapping an electric hoist. Then cut...

WTK did the marines in Vietnam use M332 ammo trailers

Here ya go, only one I found.

    M332 rehab

The rear hatch is to provide ease of loading, as opposed to lifting heavy ammo crates high up on your shoulder to load in a deuce bed or M105 cargo trailer. They are great for hauling bricks, rocks, landscaping dirt, etc.

    M332 rehab

They are so small because ammo is much denser than most normal cargo. If you have a HUGE trailer meant to carry ammo, it will get too heavy for the deuce to easily tow over rough ground. They were mostly used for artillery ammunition, this explains why there is a separate fuze box just forward...

    WC54 my first WW11 Dodge

Perhaps it may have been a part of the construction of the Al-Can highway? Or maybe used by our forces along the DEW Line during the early Cold War? Hard to say how it got up there, but glad you saved it....

    m880 Front Fender

$1K for a used fender? I gotta start buying up old M880s for $300 or so, I can make a killing!

    XM791 Recoveries

You're gonna have to find an M820 shop van body to put back on there. I think TNJ Murray has one or two of those in the back lot. Nice saves, those aren't common and it will be great to see them restored back to their sort-of former glory. Keep us posted.

    Towbar Incident Report

Glad to hear nothing bad happened Adam! I hate Adventures in Towing, every time I hook something up the pucker factor goes WAY up. Most times nothing happens, but every so often.... Remember this one from 2007? Notice how my friend didn't hook up the air brake lines or safety chains. PLUS...
