Im having a hard time understanding why Lockers would destroy these axles?(shafts) I know a guy using stock deuce axles on a chevy with bigblock 502 putting out near 900hp, and lockers front and rear and in the last year only has broke one axle.
He brakes drive lines and transfer cases more...
Okay I'm still at it. After trying all of the surplus guys I could( White Owl, Boyce, OD, ect) and either not getting the info I was looking for, or not even having an e-mail returned, I am back again to to find the Turbo to Ex-pipe gasket. I Just picked up the manifold to turbo gasket at my...
Based on his avatar I believe his truck is a bobbed one. And They will work.
Picture is taken from 100dollarman.com and I remember reading a post that this truck was sitting on 1400's. I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I am remembering right...
I had my truck in the snow sunday(bout 6 inches) and i wanted to see if I could go anywere with out the front locked in. on flat ground it wasnt so bad but soons I hit an incline the back end just started spinning. Locked in the front end and it went 100x better. Im running stock NDTs still...
Considering all his other toys not really. I was just wondering if there was a reason to actually having a snowcat. Everyone I know who has one(which is 3 people) one uses his for offroad recoveries on the mountain during the winter, $250 to hook up then $50 per yard. The other runs a sno-mobile...
Other then the coolness factor of owning your own snowcat, do you have it for a reason or is it kind of like a toy. I really hate to ask that question but Im curiose.
Assuming you have a trailer capable of the weight and are legal to even drive. To off set the tounge weight would be to stack some sand bags in front of the rear axle conection.
Straight Diesel. I made the mistake of using the recomended amount of a diesel additive and it broke alot of crap loose in the tank. Normally when I start using additive I slowly work up so it doesnt do this.
Also If the throttle sticks, foots always on the clutch for that, and I'm a big...

And it was 14degrees according to my thermometer yesterday morning.
Well my deuce sucumbed to the cold weather this morning. After nearly killing my two 1200CCA truck battieries I realized it wasnt going to start. I call my friend over who has a F250 to give me a little pull to try and get it started. Well after a couple quick tugs she wouldnt fire so I told him...
Gota love the pass down there. Driven it many, many times. This summer I plan on taking the deuce there towing roughly 10,000lbs. Should make for a nice slow scenic drive.
That truck is pure eye candy. I love the 6-8 Inch stack. Love the look of the shiny rims and bumpers. I would definatly have this truck in my drive way if I could aford it.
