    now that looks better.

i think singles would look better if the rims were fliped so the dish part was on the outside. they just dont look right to me when the rim sticks out further then the tire. hence why i will never get rid of my duals, except for some Hemtt rims with 395's.

    Auxilary Towing Lights

ive had my experiance with harbor freight ones, i had it fall of on the first bump i hit when i bought an old camper frame to turn into a car hauler. i ended up ducttaping the lights on and they lasted me 2-3 uses, for 11bucks or so, i didnt have an issues with a cop following me for like 15...

    Auxilary Towing Lights

before i went the route of building my own, i was wondering if the military ever made a 24v aux magnetic towing lights 12 prong and what not. i tow alot of trailers with my deuce and some dont have lights on them, i plan on eventually putting a 12volt plug on the deuce, but for a quick fix and...

    Deuce Security

remove the steering wheel would seem to be a good idea( for long term storage), and if they some how have another random steering wheel that will bolt on, it probably wont be big enough to get enough leverage to turn the thing.

    Saw a Unimog S.E.E today

Didnt get a picture as i was driving at the time, but i was wondering if it was anyone who happens to be on this forums, it was about 10am today, right off I-205 and Highway 213 heading towards Estacada. i was going to opposite in my deuce towing my cruiser, just wondering if its anyone here...

Don't Let Your Brother-In-Law Drive Your Deuce

    do you call AAA

ive never seen a tow truck flat tow something so i dont think that option is possable. some of the larger tow trucks ive seen have ball hitchs but not pintle so a normal tow bar is out. flat beds are out i think because of the hight. now this has me wondering how to tow a deuce behind a wrecker...

    do you call AAA

hypotheticly speaking if you droped one rear drive shaft, could they hook up from the back and just lock the steering wheel? ive seen many semis towed from the rear, is it possable with a deuce? since a majority of the weight is on the front axle when empty. you still have an issue of...

    do you call AAA

i tried to call AAA to see if the RV package would work, but after sitting on hold for 30 minutes i gave up. most tow truck companies have medium duty wreckers ( lease ones ive seen pulling 15k+ box vans) that i wouldnt think would have an issue to move a deuce. i bet those with 109's with RV...

    Price for a 814

im just thinking out loud.. while a 814 would be the optimal set up i believe for me. but i didnt really think about parking either, i dont know how well my neighbors would like me if i parked a 814 in front of there house. all i have is street parking and the deuce seems to test there nerves...

    Price for a 814

im exploring some shipping options at the moment but i think its going to cost more for the shipping then the truck itself. if i wasnt a few thousand miles from you it wouldnt be so bad, but i think this one my just be out of my reach.

    Price for a 814

greg i was talking about just removing the 817s dump box only and putting on a 813 bed on it, so i could tilt the bed to making loading and unloading a truck outa the back so i could use shorter ramps, i got 10ft ramps atm for loading a truck into the back of my deuce and it still scraps, i...

    Price for a 814

either i failed to search properly or it just isnt posted, what would one expect to be set back if they could find an 814 for sale. i figure if wth 814, i can fit both my wheeling trucks in the back and not have to use a trailer which would be cool, but im definatly interested in a 5 ton in the...
