    m1009 interior trim source

I actually like the new military gun holder - kind of like a really large clothes pin pincher mounted to the dash. Saw one on a current hummer. Now THOSE don't care what the length of the weapon that is, You just clamp it around what ever part of the weapon it will clamp around. VERY...

    m1009 interior trim source

edgebar, Yes, all the M1009's had gun holder behind drivers seat. At least all the one's I've seen. If you find them a little 'long' for your weapon, you can use a block of wood, cut to size to allow the firearm to fit.

    new member first mv

This was posted in another thread. I've gotta admit, it has kind of peaked my interest. Seems this COULD be a welder that would fit your bill and might save you some space. It just plugs into your 24v Nato Slave plug... Readywelder.com | There's nothing like it!

    m1009 interior trim source

OK, I can at least help with the correct GM color code for the dash and the doors. This paint code was pulled from the codes in the glove box by my auto paint guy. I would 'assume' (I KNOW, I KNOW) the vinyl is the same color...

    m103a mkt-85 suspension help

kahlem01, A six lug budd wheel is an exact replacement. Except it is 22" in diameter and is NOT a snap ring, but the commercial truck sized tires, so you can run really nice radial rubber. I did on my deuce. You should be able to find a pair of them at ANY big truck wrecking/salvage yard...

    MKT's in Ohio

MKT 99 should be the updated version. But again, ya never know until ya unwrap that baby what ya got. Seriously short on pix of that one. BUT if your karma is strong, you will probably have a pretty nice rig. But that's strictly a guess.

    M1010 "BAJA BOMBER" on 37s!!!

I figured they would. They just didn't show it. 100Dollarman does a great job on all the vehicles I've seen from him.

    M105 Lunette Flip?

And I'd like to add a question. Is the M105 lunette the same size as the M101 lunette? Just curious if anyone knows.

    M1010 "BAJA BOMBER" on 37s!!!

Please tell me you replaced the steering stabilizer shock! The other shocks and suspension work looks great. But it looks like you left the stock stabilizer shock in place. I love the work you folks do. REALLY. And the way you did makes it look like it SHOULD have looked at the time. But...

Cooper Discoverer ATR - Good or Bad

When I got my first M1009 about four years ago, I thought I was having suspension problems it vibrated so badly when I drove it anywhere. It also needed new rubber. I don't even remember what I took off, given it was four years ago. I bought and mounted six Cooper Discoverer Mud & Snow tires...

OK, who scored the M1031 FULL of tools in OK??

4940 - Miscellaneous Maintenance Equipment at Government Liquidation 1986 M1031 with 14k miles went for $3600 - (call it $4400 after fees and taxes) and then you have to recover it. But this baby was FULL OF TOOLS and lots of other kewl stuff. Had the Lincoln welder. Had the vise still...

    A question for MKT owners

Yeah, I've got an M101a2 that is that swap. WORKS great. Even has inertia braking on it. That's the one I had at the airshow. Tell JR that a 235/85R/16 will work GREAT on a 7.50 x 16 rim. I bought a pair of VERY used LT tires and they mounted right up to the 7.50 x 16 rim on my M101A1...

    A question for MKT owners

Exactly the info I'm looking for. Thanks so much. And I carry two spares as it is. So I'll probably just pick up four more wheels and then put the same tires as are on my dually. The dually came with Firestone Transforce AT's, 235/85R/16 and they ride great. So I'll probably just pop for...

    alternator mounting pictures.

Warthog, Can you (or any one else) PLEASE tell me why GM mixed SAE and Metric on this (and numerous other) truck(s)? I've owned numerous Suburbans of this era and it's the same thing... Not trying to make a big deal out of it. But it is one of those things that just 'irks' me. I don't mind...
