After spending about an hour trying to figure out what was wrong I pulled the full specs for the relays to find out they are temperature control relays. Yep not good for my application. I'll find a use for them, target practice.

Well another setback. All my solid state relays will not activate under load. So quick search on eBay and 16 new mechanical 24v coil relays are on the way along with 12 shock absorbers for mounting. Will try to do the tires this weekend and rubberize the cab, and possibly mount the seat.
