    Mufflers For M1009

headers on a 6.2 arent worth it. diesels dont meter the air going into the engine, you always pull the same amount regardless, so its not necessary to change the air intake system.

    cucv brake questions

for the pickup. if you look on your rear axle, your gonna see a metal arm attached to a valve on the frame. it automatically limits the amount of pressure the rear brakes get based on the load in the bed. (heavier loaded will mean the frame is closer to the axle.)

    cucv brake questions

you need to purchase some fluid from one of the vendors in the US, we can get it for $30 a gallon. i am not sure if the blazer has the same setup as the pickup for the prop valve, I'll have to look at the TM, or wait till someone chimes in.

    Calling All Gauge Inthusiasts

agreed, no use to have one and not the other, the only thing the boost gauage is gonna tell you is that you dont have a intake pressure leak

    Calling All Gauge Inthusiasts

the boost gauge must be plumbed into the boost tube from the turbo into the intake or into the intake itself.

    m880 fuel pump

oh, okies yeah i was thinking like my cucv and the chevies that i have worked on, although couldnt you do the same thing by placing something to ride on the lobe to see if its the problem?

    m880 fuel pump

for a simpler test of the lobe on the cam, just place the rod in its spot and hold it up against the cam with your finger, then have a buddy rotate the engine with a bar on the crank bolt, if the rod moves your finger, its good.

    Mufflers For M1009

for free flowing exhaust on a non-turbo cucv, i would recommend upsizing the pipe to 2.5" duals and install your flow-through mufflers of choice. anything larger than 2.5 inch pipes is a waste.

    M105A2 Brake Problem

when pulling it for a while, do you get the smell of burning brake? It could be a bearing that needs to be replaced.

lookin for a good trailer for my needs if i get a Deuce any

RE: lookin for a good trailer for my needs if i get a duece that would be too much for a bobbed duece, you'd be overloading the rear axle.

New Guy, New Truck, Old Question...

u-joints are not too bad on these trucks, get the sealed ones, they tend to last longer, unless you actually crawl under the truck with a grease gun on a regular basis.
