check the vacuum lines, sounds like you have a vac leak. if lines are good check how much vac you have at the trans at idle. if vac is low, it could be the regulator on the side of the pump, or the vac pump itself.

softer motor mounts will do BAD things to your engine, dont change them. exhaust wrap will do nothing about the noise, it will just keep the heat inside the pipe. if its a rumble almost a harmonic noise, change your mufflers. flowmasters have a horrible tendicy to drone. you may have leaks at...

RE: I thats the standard 10ft whip antenna. looks to be tied to the mirror, not sure i'd tie it down like that.

Put a roll bar behind the rear seat and a straight bar at the level you want the attachment points, you want the strap to be horizontal no vertical. you do the same thing with racing harnesses.

my 1008 has one as well. mine's a usmc truck.

RE: Re: Question about HMMWV Beadlocks spacers are safe, and fine as long as installed and properly maintained. that means you have to retorque them at the intervals needed. 100miles, 500, 1000. then every 3000 thereafter.

swampers arent rated for the weight of the hmmwv, thats why they came off the truck. the beadlocks that i run from Dean Reed are one piece metal but they have joints in them, they are easy to change. and I wouldnt run a hmmwv rims without a beadlock(dont need a run flat) since the rims has no...
