    sounds like the controller card is bad. you can hook up a manual switch very easy. pull the light blue wire off of the small terminal on the gp relay under the hood. run a wire from it to a heavy duty momentary on switch and ground the other side of the switch. also once the temps drop below...

    plastic will be more fleible, if that doesnt work i would try just putting in the new main and it may push whats left of the old one out.

    check the vacuum lines, sounds like you have a vac leak. if lines are good check how much vac you have at the trans at idle. if vac is low, it could be the regulator on the side of the pump, or the vac pump itself.

    Put a roll bar behind the rear seat and a straight bar at the level you want the attachment points, you want the strap to be horizontal no vertical. you do the same thing with racing harnesses.
