Good deal! Now you're ready to use it for some work this weekend. Good thing you took care of the hot coolant temp issue, it would have caused some big fixes had it been neglected.
Nice work sir! You are in the home stretch. Can't tell in the last photo, you may want to add a grommet in the hole where the lines come through the frame if theres not one already.
I see that yours came with a winch cover... :) I was there in '04 and bought a winch from the pile. Here is a pic after I rebuilt, painted, and installed it on my duece. I see they still have those trucks lined up in the field. The guy said that the owner didn't want to sell them or any parts...

RE: Quick fluid question.?
Nope, no additive needed. Some posi-lok diffs will 'chatter' on turns, the additive helps to reduce that. The gov-loks in the 1009's don't do it.

Sam Winer has pto drive shafts for around $100, and the lever bracket from Memphis was around $65. Don't forget you will need an attachment sleeve on the pto and the winch for the drive shaft. This part is exspensive if bought new. Sam Winer has them for $80 IIRC, maybe a little less, and they...
The only weatherstripping Memphis has for the 715 is the windshield cowl and the inner and outer rubber wiper for the door glass. Looking like I'll have to go 'custom'.
