you have another set of guages mounted under your dash. and you have a black wire running outside the wire harness to the probe than Mangus is refering to for the temp that is mostlikely running back to the guages. That second wire has been eliminated.
One of our Motor Sergeants cut down the frame work and had the cover cut and stitched up the seams to fit. It didn't take a lot of work or expense and worked out well.

I removed the Trans and TC as an assembly today using a fork lift with 5' extensions, to replace the flex plate and broken torque converter bolts.
My question is can I install the trans with adapter plate then install the TC is there enough room to bolt it all together.

If you can find someone with a slide back ramp truck he can winch it up onto his and slide it off onto your trailer. Check out a few of the local tow companies in the general area. Should be safer than trying to pry,jack, lift,pull.
