But, when I start it COLD I can hear the glowplug solenoid cycle and the 'wait' light comes on as normal and it starts on the first pop even in cool weather. But, after it warms up, if I try to restart it in the next, say, 15-20 minutes it restarts pretty well...
The thing to do when pulling is start off in low 1st, and up shift at max RPM, then as you loose RPM down shift as needed and end back up in low 1st. Dont start off in low and leave it, you need to get the sled moving and your speed up.
the cucv injection pump is kinda a pile of crap. Most owners will have to replace the pump in the first couple years of being back in full time service. A good thing to do is rebuild the Fuel injectors at the same time. The kits for all 8 cost around 65 bucks. If you can change a spark plug you...
is that the wire that is off of the front bias valve? If so that is goig to be VERY hard to find. Get it off a junk yard. The civy ones are the smae. or even better yet, just get some 16G wire and make your own. And if it is that wire we are talking about, it will have NO effect on the brakes...

why dont you just nstall a 24/12 volt alterator like used in the hummers. it has a 24V post and a 12V post. you just have to run a seprate battery for the 12V and your all set. no need for all that crap.
I had a 4 inch spring lift with 33's and we got 25 MPG all day long. one week while one of my E5's was driing he got 28 MPG. a good tuned 6.2 will get you 20's for sure!
RW Torque is always higher due to alxe and trans gearing. really your only getting 250 ish at the fly wheel. 6.2's are rated from 130-160 HP and 230-260 Foot pounds. Thats it boys.
