    get a new return line roll and redo them. The line can be found on ebay for about 15-25 bucks. I have got a couple sets off there to redo the lines.

    the cucv charging system is two 12V alts wired in series. One alt charges the first battery and the 2ed charges the rear battery. If you are using 12V things you do not have a choice on where to put the power wires.
