Re: RE: Re: GL ads
This is exactly how I found GL 4 Years ago... and how I got the disease.... I blame them.. THEY infected me. I clicked on their site for the first time, and some syringe shot out of my computer screen and injected me with the virus. My wife has tried everything possible to...
I have tried everything i can think of on mine... short of drilling holes on the inside panel to hold them from the inside.
The lower ones, you can get at with small arms, and good channel locks, but the upper front, there is jut NO way to reach.

Thanks for the humor Ace... I needed it on this topic
The Ad should have NO effect at all on your interaction with the GL & SS sites. It should just open a new window with GL in it for you.
Bruce, I am begining to think some of my posts may have been overlooked. This is the second time now in this thread you have mentioned something that I have stated at least once, if not twice....
As part of our agreement with GL (read part of their payment) is to provide a rep to come...
Here is a great calculator website for just that.

And, yes, I have take out axles from my old Civvy pickup. The rear also has a disk brake conversion on it. These axles have been sitting for 2 years now, so I would suspect they will need new brake...
Well, I have a good front for you... the rear needs a rebuild or new carrier. Had a gov-lock that failed over many years.
If you want to run anything bigger than 33" tires, I would suggest the jump to 4.10's anyway. With the larger tires, its not really going to hurt you much, if at all.
Yanno Tom, considering your plan for a gear swap to 3.73's... maybe you should just look for some 3/4 ton axles with 4.10's in them? Then you have the better gears, and the 8 lug for the wheels.
I think in the end, it would make more financial sense.
Jwaller, I edited your post sligthly to block some of hte SSN. While I applaud your intent :-) I worry about the legal issues with his SSN being posted here on SS.
I hope you understand!
I have no intention of it. Click-throughs are a pain to track, with bots scanning the site and such. Makes the stats slightly inaccurate. I think it does a disservice to both us & them to charge in that method.
