    crossover steering...

i would run the springs for a month or two, let them settle in and then decide if you need the sway bar.

How the heck does this window go in?

nope, the wing does not have to come out. its not that bad, Ive done two of them. unbolt the regulater from inside the door, and set down in the bottom of the door. then you have to put the front of the window in the slot first, that will let it slide forward enought that the rest of it will...

CUCV Injectors vs Marine injs, removal + cleaning proceedur

RE: CUCV Injectors vs Marine injs, removal + cleaning procee well, the marine injectors do flow more fuel, so if you are having your IP rebuilt at the same time i would do it. the main thing is that the marine injectors have a higher pop pressure, so the injector pump must be healthly to build...

    crossover steering...

i dont run the sway bar with my superlift's but i dont recall what weight rating they are. I have a set of sway bar quick disconnects that would drop it enough for you to run the sway bar. anther thing, if you run crossover steering, you basically have to run without the sway bar. or mount on...

    M1008 Fuel Starvation Issues?

replace the rubber hose on the front of the injector pump with some clear hose, watch for bubbles. the 6.2's have more of an issue with air in the lines, than fuel starvation.

    crossover steering...

RE: generally the minimum... I have 6" of lift. I would not do a crossover with anything less than 3-4" if your springs flex with less lift than that, you will hit the draglink on the frame.

    stalling now no start

the fuel shutoff that you speak of is inside the top of the injector pump. with the key in the "run" position pull the PINK wire from the top of the injector pump with the truck OFF. you should hear a click. you should hear another click when you put the wire back on.

Battery concensus, what battery is the best??

I just paid $150 for a brand new one, if you can find seconds (cosmetic blemishes) they will be cheaper. just dont drop one on your foot, they weigh 73lbs each.

Battery concensus, what battery is the best??

well, what CCA rating batteries are you buying? If less than 800, consider getting the Deka 6TL batteries that these trucks were equipped with. They have calcuim plates that hold a charge for extended periods of sitting. Also the batteries have a huge reserve capacity ( ~200min@5amps). I just...
