i agree, check the ignition switch, when the starter stuck it could have been the ignition switch or the starter switch that stuck. glad you had a cutt-off switch.

it was an issue on the server, linux only allows so many folders within a folder, and the limit was reached. The issue was resolved, and now the site is running fine again.

may i suggest that you cut the centers out of those rims and weld them into the rims that you need to use, since its a conveyor and not a road vehicle, it wouldnt matter if they are not perfectly true.

if the alternator is putting out correctly, then you have an issue in the wiring from the alt to the light in the dash, its the "resistor" that puts a load on the alt so it excites and makes power. the civilian trucks have a actual resistor in the wire so the bulb is not needed.

I'm very curious how the ATS kit is to install on the cucv, I had a few hangups with the banks kit (but it wasent too bad :) ) and, OMG a gear vendors, you lucky dog. I want to know how well that ends up working out and also how bad it is to install.

there is a relay for the voltmeter under the dash, should be near the starter relay (located close to the big diagnostics port)

test it again, I dont know where you could have hooked it up to get that voltage, are you sure you had the meter on the correct scale?
