its standard 3/8" steel line, single flaired ends. just cut out the bad section and put a new end on the existing tube, then add in a section with a coupler, and your all set.
since your swapping ford stuff, I reccomend that you try some of the powerstroke forums on the net, they will be able to help you with specifics about the swap.
pull the driveshaft from a 1ton k30 civilian pickup. It should be fairly easy to find at a junkyard. but your best bet would be to have one made. rear shafts are cheap and it will be perfectly balanced.
I have one for my truck, It works great, never leave home without it.
you need to have the truck running for extended use though, since it draws 30amps.
buy goodyear gatorback belts they are lifetime warrenty. If you keep stretching belts out, you are tighetening them too much or have and accessory that is causing the belt wear

this is correct, only use silicone spray as a starting aid if you must, but really unless you airlocked the Injector Pump you will not need to use a starting aid after changing the filter. just crank the engine for 10sec intervals, while waiting...
