Yes, some woman in Indiana cut me off while Ferro, Cabell and I were convoying back from the Haspin rally. Only the bumper got damaged, her car was torn open like a beer can from the rear passenger window back, noone injured. Her insurance wouldn't cover the damage to my truck, they didn't...
The front bumper was damaged in an accident coming home from Haspin in June - it must be replaced. In the process, I will be re-assigning the truck to a new unit, so to speak. The new stencil markings will go on when the new bumper is mounted.
I need the proper bumper markings for a truck...
Tell your friends, if you live in the No. VA area, weather looks okay for Sat. morning. If you're not doing anything and want to hang out for a few hours with your MV, consider cruising on in....
No problem Daniel - I know you like to sleep in! :)
I posted a thread on G503 and G741 as well, hopefully we'll have a few folks ride in. I'm also going to be sending emails out to a bunch of local folks on the board, I may be able to stir up some other interested folks.
Colemans used to have some, not anymore, all were sold or scrapped. They were single axle flatbeds, very wide, kinda like a kitchen trailer. Each corner had a leveling jack. Not a M103 or M353.
Any ideas?
Are there any drop in replacements that are COTS from any of the major suppliers, for the M416 series trailer?
I've seen NOS ones for sale, but 40 year old shocks are prolly junk from seal rot.

Didn't want to, but being out of work for 4+ months makes you change your mind. Decided to sell my RT-1209 transceiver, wanted to post it here because there were a few guys talking about the PRC-104 recently and thought might want to know.
Vintage military PRC-104 RT-1209 transceiver radio ...
Squatters on TUESDAY NIGHT??? Are they planning on being there all week?
I'm sure when a huge collection of MVs starts showing up in that vicinity, they will move by themselves.
Cruising out of here in a few hours. The truck is loaded and I checked everything maintenance wise on the truck, seems okay for at least the trip there. Good thing I'm hooking up with buds halfway there, I always feel safer in convoy.
See you all there!
I had an M890 a while back - never really got a chance to use it before it went away. It was my first MV. Perhaps the parts lived on in another form....
