Anyone know who made the LDT turbo? How about bore x stroke

DrFoster, I just forwarded this link to my buddy that likes to hop up turbo Taurus SHO's that I told you about last weekend. It should prove to be interesting to see his take on this particular turbo. And what would be the best way to go about 'improving' hp, tq and mpg all at the same time.

YEAH! Rocky Mountains and then everywhere else!! LOL! Of course we probably have the smallest numbers, given our population in the area noted is smaller than say California or Texas alone. jim

    Local Forums?

Robert and I were discussing this over the weekend. This 'local forum' or 'regional forum' could also be a great place to set up some sort of 'swap meet' in your local area. I do like going and reading salvage yards forum. But none of them appear to be in my area. There is one down...

850 mile Deuce trip - here's some pics of my new Deuce

Have you noticed that when someone picks up a new to them MV, and someone takes a picture of them either close to or behind the wheel, they can't help smiling. Even if it's NOT your deuce and you're just along for the ride. You just get this silly grin behind the wheel. It's been said here...

850 mile Deuce trip - here's some pics of my new Deuce

dma251, CONGRATS on the deuce. Steve was a VERY nice guy to talk to. And you bought a really nice truck. I came THIS CLOSE to doing a "BUY IT NOW" myself. But while you drove it 850 miles home, my drive would have been more like 1200 miles home. Not that it's not doable, it is, but I...

oakietrailchaser, Welcome. You will want to add your location to your description, as it's one of the few requirements of the board. If you need help in doing so, speak up, and someone here smarter than me will be happy to help. Again, welcome to Steel Soldiers ... jim

new guy here-- glad to be aboard

Ziggy, Big Colorado Welcome. I am extremely envious. At 52, I am planning to purchase and pick up probably my ONLY MV (OK maybe an M105 trailer). It's a 1968 M35A2 currently owned by Jeff Sabo. We worked out an acceptable deal for both of us last weekend. I will be picking it up on...

    Instrument panel completed

DR lives in the land that was BUILT because of the invention of A/C. Yes, Houston was there before A/C but it didn't start to get HUGE until A/C had been around for a long time. If the single front window solves a 'leaking' problem and DR has no intentions of opening it, all I've got to say is...
