You might be able to hook up with the Blue or Red Serial Route of the East Coast Convoy, but you'd have to make it down to upstate New York at the very least. Take your civvy car, meet the convoyers at a certain place, and ride in with them. Here's the website for contact and organizer info...
Am shopping for new batteries for my deuce, and I read somewhere that 900 amps is needed to start a deuce up reliably. Am having a hard time finding batteries that can put out that much juice. Most I have seen are 675 cca, and around that. The highest I found was 750 cca.

I dunno, looks pretty complete. I'd say $2K is a good price for it. I've seen them go $2K or so for complete ones without the engine/tranny, but I'm cheap. If you can get it for that price, you got a deal.
