RE: Check this travesty I've seen these before as background on GSA website when they are selling vehicles in the foreground. I seem to recall it is in Oklahoma or Missouri. They actually attempted to black out the background when posting the pictures.

Not sure about the rpm stuff but as far as speed, I've definately had mine to atleast 90mph in a quasi emergent situation. Not recommended but possible. You need to make sure your suspension, brakes, and tires are in top shape to do it.

40th infantry division, 185th infantry regiment, HQ-91. Looking into the "9th" battalion. Check into this and couldn't find any current reference for the 9th Battalion, 185th Infantry. There is a 1st Battalion 185th both in Army and Infantry. That could be confusing in the same division.
