this is a perfect fit for helmet top cross windshield seal. there are a bunch of different shape seals front to back the ones under the cap on the rear fenders are another one I am trying to score really just a square or round EPDM piece with VHB on one side should work to fill the gap. mine...

On the rear with an air lift bumper I used the Hi Lift Extreme 60 inch jack in the outboard end of the bumper.... but be advised whatever it sits on needs to be pretty solid so as not to slide. when I used it that way I also had an aluminum race jack under the lower shock mount...
Same plate as a Small Block Chevy... CHEAP to buy... about 5 or 6 dollars I think for a steel one. Probably available at any parts store... Looking on Amazon an aluminum part is about $14...

Lots of Military Radios are 12V... Older PRC-126/128/ Scope Shield, PRC-77 is 12V, LST-5 and the KY57s back in the day, there are plenty of others, perhaps not the VRC stuff but the power cable has 12V and 24V on it.
