Great effort, but I think your main problem is the turbo itself. For what it's worth, the GM-4 turbo GM used on the 6.5 had 51mm inducer on the compressor side. And a exhaust side with a 51mm exducer. The Duramax turbo has a 60mm/61mm respectively. It's a lot more turbo than what the 6.2...

Strange, I see it in the logs as well. I'm not sure what caused that. But that was right around the time of the last upgrade, there were others that had the same issue, but it was noticed a lot sooner. I've corrected your account.
