And to differentiate between the LDS and LDT multi-fuel motors, they called the LDS Supercharged instead of turbocharged when in fact they both use turbos.

They do have air brakes.

You do know how to operate the blackout and service light switch correctly, right?

Running it before with bad batteries may have burned out your voltage regulator. That could have allowed you to run with way to much voltage. That could have burned out all your electronics. Test your alternator output/voltage to start with. Then test all your lights with an ohm meter.

The TM only shows 2 retaining rings used on the rear yoke(shaft caps). Are you sure the yoke does not have the little tabs that center the u joint? From the TM(-20) Am I the only one who used the TM for this repair?
