    What would a M1028 RPM's be with 410 gears and stock tire?I

70 in an M1009 is all I would ever consider. I doubt you were ever at 100 mph.

I have driven my M1008 for thousands of miles(20 hours straight, with fuel stops), with 2900 rpm as a maximum.

    What would a M1028 RPM's be with 410 gears and stock tire?I

I quoted your statement(highlighted in black background) and disagreed with your statement. I personally would recommend you keep it under 3000 rpm for any length of time.

    What would a M1028 RPM's be with 410 gears and stock tire?I

They must sell motors, that's too high for long periods. Drive your M1009 if you want to exceed 60 mph.

    Throttle Stop Shaft O-ring Size

Whoops, I read post #6 and went back to the TM, in search of the info and after posting again, I realized you had posted an update. That's what I get for posting before reading all the posts... Hehehehe...

    Throttle Stop Shaft O-ring Size

Look at figure B-2, item 11. Is that it? If so, that's 2910-292-1464.

    Throttle Stop Shaft O-ring Size

When you posted "throttle stop shaft", I was guessing the "throttle arm shaft", not the shut off shaft. The part number I posted is for the throttle arm shaft. The number cross referencing is near the back of the tm(just before the index).

Also in the tm, is the Ambac part number, GA76195. I would confirm these numbers and call Ambac (American Bosch).
