The external oil pressure regulator is on the side of the engine block, under the exhaust manifold and close to the turbo.
Since the oil is at full pressure going into it, you could build a spacer plate and add a port for full(unregulated pressure). This would require machinework.

I merged your threads. Do not post multiple threads on the same topic, it wastes peoples time and is inconsiderate(and against the rules).
I think your wasting your time and money(just my opinion).
You could machine a block/plate to put under the regulator and get full pump pressure(whatever that may be depending on oil temp, viscosity, and engine rpm).
Why do you want to "centrifuge" the engine oil as it runs?
