I don't understand what you mean by upper search or bottom. Simplify your search term to "dogbone".

I think it's something to do with the fan switch and where power comes from. Warthog will probably get this one.

If that works for you, next you could select just the 5 ton forum(to narrow down the results).

I just did the same search and I get 168 results. Here's a screen shot of the advanced search page before I hit submit. At the three red arrows I Typed "dogbone", removed my username and selected all open forums. Then I hit submit.

Also, when at a loss as to the propper terminology, the parts TMs are very handy! Armed with the part number and correct name, a Google search or SS site search often solves all your needs.

You do not need to change the entire dogbone. The ends are replaceable.

Perhaps practicing an emergency shutdown would help some gain comfort from this concern. Adding an air butterfly shutoff would be a nice modification, if your worried about run aways. (mandatory in some sanctioned events for diesel powered trucks and tractors).
