Is there anything else on a Deuce that is metric threads?

So if I get one common oil drain plug in M20x1.5 with copper crush washer I can plug the hole when the flame heater sparkplug device gets removed and be done with that end of it? I have NPT hex...

gringeltaube Thanks, I can see now the fuel tank is really well built with a 100% positive drain at the bottom bung arrangement. I think the nicest Deuce existing just might be in Montevideo.

Post #5 pictures is a TransDapt 1028 base because it uses 3/4"-16P spin on oil filters. Fittings from Zorro. Coolant filters use 11/16"-16P and are more expensive, and I need no additives anyhow.
Truck original was 5/8" valve out to the heater and 1/2" back into the water pump.
