This is going to be interesting

now beyond just interesting 06192014 No tabs bent, no gasket, no keyway seal, no grease inside bearings, bent up dust cover, shoes wiped out and "frozen" in one place, forward minor adjuster broke off, wheel cylinder rotted away, broken parts all found, and I still think it is strange how far...

Best way to clean and degrease?

clean trucks + clothes Use the Dawn on the truck and the Tide Pods (25 cents a wash) on the truck clothes. Look up detergent emulsifying surfactant products wherever you are. I know this mundane and this is a heavy truck site but this stuff works.

I committed to refurbish whatever necessary on my '69 NG truck brakes. Work, work + time gone and more work and the money gone. So what, I like the truck. From the miles and hours on the truck I see that last time it was "fixed" maybe was back in the 80's or sometimes I think never. This is the...

Best way to clean and degrease?

Dawn Ducks Deuce clean If it is just small jobs I suggest Dawn. My HF pressure washer reminds me of the quarter car wash when I was young, ...soak with 50/50 dawn + water then hit it with the PC. Doesn't kill the grass either. If it will clean crude off a duck it is good for the truck.

    Coolant heater hose location

OK As in picture 2+3 heater hose connections are deemed incorrect for a heater hookup as that bypasses the thermostat then would it be a good place for just a coolant filter since it bypasses the thermostat? This is for a no heater truck.
