No replacement for the A-10 AND they two (I think two) squadrons of them with the administration's new military budget.
Nice.......
The last time I saw things this bad was right before Reagan was elected.
My Brother just scrapped his IH state truck like that one and has the engine and tranny on a trailer out at his house. I'm not sure what it would take to get it or if it would work but I can PM his info if you want to talk to him. I think the engine is a Cat 3208.
Good point DH. My Brother runs a truckload of BD through everything he has and has experienced zero problems. I suspect that you are correct, his is all from plant oils and not animal fat.
What surprised me about Dell's post was that it is exactly the opposite of what my Brother tells me...
All I know is I don't want to convoy with you if it's that same truck from the GA Rally trip. With that load on that poor Ford you are going to have to carry extra fuel tanks to make it from exit to exit.
The rule of thumb I use is somewhere around 30mph to match the odo and hour meters.
Yes, they can change anything at anytime and not mark anything.
At the end of the day, you pay your money and ya takes your chances, agagaga.
When I have mine done I'll take it my radiator guy who did my Deuce for me. I've seen his work and he runs acid through the tanks until it's bare metal and then coats the inside with some sort of coating.
Of course his shop is in a garage behind a house and looks like an EPA Superfund Site.
:-(
Two things:
1. I'll stop bugging you when you switch to a tractor that's New Holland blue and not green in your avatar.
2. You learned a valuable lesson already about GL. ;-)
Welcome aboard. Don't drive it home unless you inspect it thoroughly and you know what you are doing.
Then figure out how to use search here and start reading all the manuals.
Good idea if you get the -10 manual and read it tonight.
