A slave connector on a 24v charger if you want to charge/maintain all batteries through the slave port as a single unit.
A single battery at a a time at 12v is probably the best option though in terms of balanced charge.
I've had a couple of M818s. I can't imagine why you'd want to disable the front axle. (I *can* see why you'd want it only on demand)
In contrast to the sprag tcase on the deuce, the T138 is robust and works well in my experience. I've had an M818 buried to the axles and got it out under its own...
The 2nd one is 60 amp 3phase 208v.
You have 3 legs of 120v, one neutral, and one ground.
The 120v legs are 120v single phase to Neutral. They're 208v to each other.
Some of the drash type gensets have the female version of that, and some of the PD boxes have input as well as output ports...
Replace tank, determine nature of fluid and top off, bleed the brakes, see what you've got at the that point.
Inspect everything, starting at the master cylinder.
