USMC 00-08 makes a good point, and likely it is nothing to worry about.
But consider that if you treat all suspicious ordnance like it's live, there's little chance you'll ever have to tell yourself later:
- "I wish I hadn't done that".
And letsled might be right, that casing MIGHT be empty...
I'm hearing some scuttlebutt that there might be premium memberships soon that grant extra votes for MV-of-the-Month:
- 5 extra votes for one cost.
- 10 extra votes for a bump-up in cost from that
Can I get my name on the list to be notified when the "Unlimited" category becomes available?!
It's all already spent, so why look back? All that might do is lead to pain, and that won't help. Maybe just keep moving forward with your head up. Is that a good plan?
Not only is it museum-quality perfect, but you put it through the paces as a mule-in-the-traces working vehicle to boot.
It just doesn't get better than that.
Absolutely. And then document that in a thread:
- You won't imagine how many people on-board here would eat that up (and I'll be first in-line).:drool::naner:
What USMC 00-08 says is all true.
I'm a bit sensitized from a fireworks episode of a buddy of mine who happens to be an architect. Years ago on a Fourth of July, he's playing with his son in the yard with fireworks. Lights one (I don't know what it was), the fuse burns down, but it doesn't go...
That's sweet!
And Fisher House is always a good cause. If I remember right, Mr. Fisher never even served in his life; just thought it was the right thing to do. I might have to go look that up.
Please pop a few pics there if you can.
