I've been running a bulldozer part time for my Brother and he says the same thing about me running it for him. I can't wait until he says I'm an "operator".

Once I get electric in my barn (we dug the ditch and put the cable in last night) I'm going to put my compressors in and remove that box off the back of mine. The sides actually slide down into the normal sides on the bed. It looks like there are only a few bolts holding them down.
You are correct of course about painting them on front and back. :-)
I don't drive it that much on the road. Probably get a ticket sometime but then I'll have another story for the site.

I haven't even put a plate on mine here in Ohio. I carry the plates in the cab with me. No trouble yet but in Ohio you can leave them off if the vehicle is historical. You do have to paint the numbers for your plate on the rear though (no, I haven't done it yet).

For number one it is the driver's side under front fender on the frame rail. It may take a boat load of cleaning to make it visible.

I wish I had picked up a set in Findlay, OH a few weeks ago. Someone was selling complete sets of tools already mounted on the tool rack. I didn't get a price or the guy's card. He had about six sets sitting there.
