This has all been covered before(in great detail), I suggest you search more. You can put bias and radials on the latest style 12 and 24 bolt rims. You can only put bias tires on the old 8 bolt rims.

Here's a few pics of the M819 bed. Single boom lift cylinder. 5th wheel plate. Extra boom extension(manually operated). Gondola cab. It has a hydraulic rotary motor for the turn table (unlike the earlier M62) Same truck as the earlier M246 (gas engine), but has the Cummins NHC-250.
