An m923A2 has 14.00R20 tires.
I've towed as small as am M101 behind a 5ton, and as large (and unwieldy and impossible to back) as an M989A1.
The little trailers are hard to see. I find M1082s to be ideal...
My point... when we treat towing an empty M105 with a pickup truck as if it's hugely unsafe(it isn't), we lose our audience when we claim that towing an M989A1 with a pickup is tremendously unsafe (it is - don't even think it)
Get it to gimpy, I'll get it to KS, and then I'll give it to silverstate55 late august. Check with silverstate55 to make sure that trip is still happening. ...
Free.
I frequently see things sell at auction for more than I can get retail. Ammo cans sold last week at auction for more than I'm asking for mine retail...
If you guys had been local to each other I have no doubt you'd have reached a deal. Proximity counts.
My thoughts on the pending changes to the market are on record...
We have people in Baton Rouge and the surrounding area. JEEPSINKER, M109A2, the guy who bought my M1009, and probably several more. I've lost my contact info...
I suggest a "MAYDAY" in the conversation forum....
Unhook the line from the governor to the compressor.
Run the truck. Building air now?
If not, blow out the compressor where that line attaches (I leave acquisition of compressed air as an exercise ). Then squirt some WD40 in there. Is it building air now?
(This is shortcut, field expedient..)
