Did you change the filters, or just look at them(as you posted before). I personally can't see a 10 micron particle.

C, I fully agree with you on your comments. I have seen firsthand, how a great rally can get out of hand or sidetracked without some organization(person in charge). As for the threads, I believe we need to start a new rule. No "official" anything threads and no rally threads may be started...

The front battery ground should be disconnected first, and reconnected last. If all three others were off, you should not have had power to anything. There is no storage of power.

Did you disconnect all 4 battery terminals? Which battery terminals did you disconnect?

Simply removing the slave cylinders air line, would be a great way to test this idea. I wonder if his lever is "on" a little bit.

I think he is saying it does not move in high range(transfer-case). Perhaps a better description of his problem would help.
