    I use my backhoe to straighten bumpers like that. A gentle tug with a chain around a tree, and some patience should get you there.

    Not correct, both bolts are used for grounds. One for the marker, one for the blinker. Did you use the ground on the socket when you read low voltage? If so, try putting your lead on the other bulb socket and see if you read full voltage. If so, your ground is bad.

    I soak mine in BFS for a good hour, before insatling it. It helps it "stretch" without tearing.

    To prime, you simply leave the petcock open. There is a needle valve as well as the check balls) in the primer. It's a one man operation.

    Where was an F-450 mentioned? We've all seen 5 tons move houses. So yeah, the trucks can be used under the right conditions for almost anything, if you want to. There's just too much variable to consider.

    The hand pump is easy. I suggest you pull it out of the truck and do it on a bench. There are 2 small springs and check balls you do not want to loose. I clean them and their seats with carb cleaner and Q-tips. I had already done that a while back. I'm not sure I solved my issue, only...

    Weld a tab to it, then pry it out while its hot(soft). Or, drill it until it dissapears.
