Are you talking the seat belt here; the conventional shoulder belt is a three-point harness, right?
So what kind of harness is the four-point, like some kind of criss-cross racing harness or something?
That's important work (and I'm not even kidding here).
It can amaze you what you think is small and insignificant, but a kid will remember it their whole life long; just the tiniest things.

That strategy sounds good on paper, but of course that will never stop any smoker from smoking.
But you can just picture the staff officers who thought the idea up patting themselves on the back for being so clever about it.
The installation looks real good, and just thinking that if you have a marine supply store anywhere near you swapping the plated hardware out for some stainless (installed with anti-seize) might save you some headaches later down the line. But yeah, stainless isn't cheap.
