I did see that also.
I don't have a good answer.
Are you using the bolt or an installer tool to reinstall it?
Maybe look at a civilian manual to see what they list.
If you would do the things I ask/tell you to do, it would help a lot.
I'm not telepathic. I need your help with solving your problem. That means, you ask questions, I tell you what to do, then you tell me the results of what you find. Then we take the next logical step.
You keep asking...
I would test your new relay to be sure neither small terminal has continuity to it's mount tabs.
What about all the other things I've suggested or asked?
I really expect all your glow plugs to be bad and your controller card to be ruined.(posted this in post#2)
Pull your controller card, and visually inspect it. Smell it.
Then, test every component in the GP system.
I need to know what relay part number you just installed.
Yes, just add a new ring terminal on the end of the red wire(away from the relay) and connect it on the 1/4 stud above and to the left of the relay.
No need for heavy battery cables and fuses unless that's what you want to do).
Thats an average price. Hopefully you will not need anything...
Here's a thread where I explained the 12v resupply for the GP relay.

One of these days, i need to post a nice clean thread showing this. Maybe this summer...
If you lucky, the GPs will all come out easy...
To test them, simply disconnect the wire and use an ohm meter. place one probe on the gp terminal, and the other on the hex(base) of the gp.
I have been very happy with ACDelco AC60G glow plugs. You need to replace the original wire connector with a new 1/4" wide insulated female blade...
All relays that look alike, are not alike.
I would at least call your parts guy and ask what part number he is ordering for you. Personally, I would tell my parts guy what part number I need when I order(why have him guess). All the correct info has been covered in that thread.
You did...
