Depends on the tools you’re using. Plasma cutter - NO Circular saw - Carefully without plunging more than 1/4” Jig saw - NO IMHO - Use a plunge block on a drill and drill the corners. Then carefully and superficially use your circular saw/angle grinder. Sparks can cause issues.
