Directly under the first S, in Steel Soldiers(top of the page), there is a link in the menu bar, it says "forum". Click that link. It will take you to a page will all of the site forums. Scroll down and choose the appropriate forum there.

1, no, not easily or cheaply. A switch would need to take about 75 amps. You simply would need to remove the wire on the top of the gp relay and swap it. One nut.
2, it would make no difference, it would work fine.
