no, getting out of the hole whould not have done it, i didnt slip the clutch, as you can see in the pics , theres not even any hot spots, real strange, if anybody has seen this before and knows the cause please let me know, thanks

well i got the trans on the ground, pulled the pressure plate and clutch disk, heres what i found ,a broke pressure plate disk, look at the pic, ive never seen one break like this , iv seen some real tore up pressure plates but nothing like this.

that could be done with the gage switch, dpdt , with no center postion, i beleave the military gage switch is a dpdt, with one side not used

i went and looked at a mack 123e2 yesterday, WOW is this truck in good shape, twin winches, no spare, could not find the year, no pics yet (but ill be back), the only damange is to the decks to the side and rear of the winches and this can be straghtened, soft top. trying to see if the owner...
