RE: Re: RE: Check valve for oil filters? cat uses a small starter moter and a small gear, postive desplacement pump, it take about 10 seconds to start the moter, and a pressure switch in serise with the starter selonoide, its a very simple system, im sure somobody could come up with something...

a lot of over the road trucks and heavy equipment have the system that ryan was talking about,its called a preoiler, cat puts a preoiler system on some of there big iron as oem equipment, this works where the key is in start prosition ,the preoiler turns on, the engine wont turn over till oil...

the last pic looks like a 900 front axle, because it has the air wedge brakes, in fact all 3 look like 900 5t front axles, thay all have the air wedge brake

RE: 8x8 for Ron no need for a motor, its the fuel line set up on the head, thay tend to crack and leak fuel into the oil, the engine was shut down as soon as the problem was decovered, still had full oil pressure

well i own it now, now i need to get it moved and stored, i have 30 days, all help will be appreacated , ill pay for fuel, thanks
