    it list it as a m757 in military wheeled vehicles, those tms could be the first print along with the production where it still was refered as xm977, the cargo was the first rig, maybe thay were still working out problems on the 757 and the expando when production started

    just a thought, the reason for the differerence may be in that Bjrons is a xm757, NOT a m757, it could be that the first few in the prouduction run remained xm so that some more experimentaion could be finished before the standeredized M number, if that is the case, then the xm757 is even rarer...

    RE: Front light the middle bulb is still a single wire socket, just a bright heavy duty bulb, its your turn signel, the upper one is your marker light( comes on in the park postion, i just checked) , the bottem one is part of the blackout lights

    when i pulled the trans i had a come-a-long two parted hung from a stought pipe that went from the back window to the front one, i pulled it out , then let it down to the #$%^&^^$ cross member, then hooked a second come-a-long to the rear of the trans and pulled it back to clear the menber...

    i brought a dummy input shaft ( for my 5t) from napa truck supply for a total of 9.18, there number is 5380, the dementions are 1 3/16 pilot, 1 3/4 across the spline at the high spot(course spline) any big truck supply house will have it, the bolts came loose for a reason, first put in NEW grade...
